Singer-songwriter and 2018 Nash-Next finalist Amelia Ford has been performing since she was 4 years old. Innately musical, she is self-taught on both guitar and piano, and has written over 50 songs ranging from blues to pop and folk-rock. Amelia has been likened to Alanis Morissette and Natalie Merchant, blending her soft soprano with raw grit while delivering heartfelt, emotive vocals. Along with the release of her debut album in 2022, Amelia played her first shows at Mile of Music and Summerfest, and obtained regular airplay on radio stations such as 91.1 The Avenue, and 105.7 WAPL.
